Thank you for choosing us. We are pleased to offer a range of reliable delivery options via Royal Mail to ensure your custom order arrives safely and securely.

Please review our shipping options, processing times, and terms below before placing your order:

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

Because our pieces are tailored to your specifications, dispatch times depend on the type of service required for your order:

  • Standard Items: Orders that do not require custom construction or colouring will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • Custom & Colour Services: Any item featuring a colour service, custom wig, or custom colour service will require 5–10 working days to be professionally crafted, treated, and dispatched.

Note: Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you opted for a paid upgrade (Tracked 24/48 or Special Delivery), your tracking number will be included.

2. Delivery Options & Pricing

We offer a complimentary standard service, alongside premium upgrades if you require speedier transit or full tracking:

  • Standard Delivery (Free): Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. This option requires a signature upon delivery for peace of mind, but does not provide end-to-end tracking.

  • Tracked 48 (Paid Upgrade): Full end-to-end tracking with delivery aiming for 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracked 24 (Paid Upgrade): Full end-to-end tracking with delivery aiming for the next working day after dispatch.

  • Special Delivery (Paid Upgrade): Fully tracked, guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm after dispatch. Highly recommended for high-value orders.

Note: The exact costs for the Tracked and Special Delivery upgrades will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
